absolute power nerd, and covets every piece of new technology that comes out, even if it's only to take it apart or see how hard he can break the hardware.
hacker extraordinaire; if it can be broken into, he'll break into it.
cocky, outspoken, but will stay quiet if it pays him to do so.
con artist, totally willing to cheat a person out of their life savings because he can.
will break into systems and security for fun, even with no monetary gain.
a total backstabber, and 100% willing to throw someone to the dogs in his place.
but call him a backstabber, and he'll punch you in the teeth.

game specific: he works in cybuddy sales, and will unabashedly try to pawn off 8 or 9 onto anyone who he thinks is too soft to say no to it. he's pretty relentless when it comes to getting people to pay for things they don't want.
